Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of APISeeker (apiseeker.com), including the website, dashboard, documentation and API gateway.
Last updated: 4 September 2026
1. Agreement
By creating an account, generating an API key or using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and API Usage Policy. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The service
APISeeker provides an API marketplace and developer platform: catalog browsing, documentation, API keys, usage metering, billing and related tools. Features may change as we improve the product. We may offer free tiers, paid plans and enterprise arrangements.
3. Accounts & API keys
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and keys.
- Keep keys secret. Rotate or revoke keys if they may be exposed.
- Do not share keys publicly (repos, client-side apps, screenshots, forums).
- We may suspend keys or accounts that violate these Terms or create security risk.
4. Plans, quotas & billing
Paid plans, quotas and overage rules are shown on pricing pages and each API’s pricing panel. Fees are charged as described at purchase unless a separate contract says otherwise. Taxes may apply. See our Refund Policy for refunds.
5. Your content & data
You retain rights to data you send through APIs. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the service (routing, logging for abuse prevention, billing metering). Do not submit unlawful content or data you are not allowed to process.
6. Intellectual property
The APISeeker brand, site design, documentation structure and platform software are owned by us or our licensors. API response data ownership depends on the specific API and your inputs — check each API’s docs. You may not scrape the catalog at abusive rates or copy substantial documentation for competing products without permission.
7. Warranties & disclaimer
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Business and Enterprise customers may receive additional commitments under a separate SLA.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, APISeeker is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits, arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us for the affected service in that period (or INR 5,000 if you are on a free plan).
9. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account subject to outstanding invoices. We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, non-payment, legal requirements or risk to the platform. Sections that by nature should survive (IP, liability, governing law) survive termination.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
