Acceptable Use Policy

1. Allowed use

• Building and operating legitimate applications with our APIs.
• Evaluating APIs in the playground and docs within documented rate limits.
• Integrating SDKs and examples for your products and internal tools.
• Providing feedback, bug reports and feature requests in good faith.

2. Prohibited use

You may not use APISeeker to:

• Break the law, or help others do so (fraud, malware, unauthorized access).
• Harass, abuse, or harm people or systems.
• Send spam, phishing or unsolicited bulk messaging via our infrastructure.
• Attempt to bypass quotas, authentication or billing controls.
• Probe, scan or attack our network beyond authorized security research.
• Resell raw API access in a way that hides our terms from end customers without a written reseller agreement.
• Impersonate APISeeker or misuse our brand and logos.
• Upload or process highly sensitive regulated data unless the specific API docs say it is supported and you have a written agreement.

3. Fair use of free tiers

Free tiers exist for evaluation and light production use. Automated scraping of the catalog, creating many throwaway accounts to multiply free quotas, or sustained high-volume traffic on free keys may be limited or blocked.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected abuse using logs and support history. Actions can include warnings, rate limiting, key revocation, account suspension or termination, and reporting to authorities when required. See also the API Usage Policy and Terms of Service.

5. Reporting abuse

Report suspected abuse to [email protected] with URLs, timestamps and evidence where available.
